GUEST POLICY & ACCESS

Vista Verde Farm Retreat is for registered guests only. Registered guests have access to two fenced acres, shared by three cabins and three RV spots. You’re welcome to explore this park-like area, enjoy the views of livestock grazing and a spring-fed pond, but do not open/enter any gated areas.

QUIET TIME

At Vista Verde Farm Retreat, all hours are quiet hours. We ask that guests speak softly and avoid playing loud music outdoors to help maintain the peaceful setting. If you’re traveling with little ones, please ensure they’re respectful of other guests. Parties and events are not permitted.

CAMPFIRES

Campfires must be contained in the firepit and never left unattended. We provide firewood with a firestarter for purchase ($9/bundle). A starter supply is stacked outside each cabin, and if you’d like more, just call or text during office hours and we’ll happily bring some by. Our pots and pans are intended for indoor cooking only - please use foil provided for outdoor cooking.

DOG POLICY

Dogs are welcome only if they are listed in your reservation. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that your dog remains on a leash at all times while on the property and that you clean up after them. Additionally, dogs should not be left unattended in the cabin or anywhere on the grounds, and we ask that they remain off our furniture to help us continue offering a pet-friendly option for everyone’s enjoyment.

TRASH

Don’t leave food or trash outside unless it’s in a secure container with a lid. Please dispose of trash in the designated container past the cornhole games.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For reservations booked directly through our website, cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $10 service charge to cover credit card processing fees (this amount will be deducted from any refund issued). Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus the service charge. Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, also minus the service charge. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, as well as early departures, are not eligible for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges for damages, replacement of items, or cleaning beyond normal expectation may apply. Extra cleaning beyond normal expectations will be billed at $25 per hour.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available any time after 3:00 PM. You’ll receive detailed self-check-in instructions by email two days before your arrival - be sure to have them handy when you head our way.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM; just make sure to lock all windows and doors before you leave, and we’ll take care of the rest.

TV & Wi-Fi

Each cabin includes a smart TV. Your Wi-Fi password will be cabinone, cabintwo or cabinthree - depending on which cabin you’re in.

KIDS & ROCKS

If you’re bringing little ones and they start playing with the rocks in our patios or other hardscape areas (which we totally understand!), we just kindly ask that everything gets put back where it belongs once the fun is done.

TOILET

Our system is delicate – please only flush toilet paper.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside your cabin. Guests who do so will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $500.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. You’ll receive detailed self-check-in instructions by email two days before your arrival - be sure to have them handy when you head our way. Late arrivals (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) require prior approval. No RV arrivals permitted past 8:00 PM.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

GENERAL RULES

·         Sites must be kept clean and uncluttered.

·         Tent camping is not permitted.

·         Generators may only be used during a power disruption.

·         Washing/maintenance of vehicles is prohibited.
